The name of Item[1] POLYGONALmeister
Details[1]

POLYGONALmeister is a general-purpose polygon (STL) editing software developed through collaborative research with RIKEN (the Institute of Physical and Chemical Research) for the utilization of measurement data. It supports the editing and modification of large-capacity polygon data used in 3D scanners and 3D printers, and includes mesh processing, texture processing, and reverse engineering functions. It is used in a wide range of fields, including medicine, dentistry, civil engineering, manufacturing, and analysis.
The name of Item[2] POLYGONALmeister Fshape
Details[2]

"POLYGONALmeister Fshape" is software specifically designed for generating functional shapes. In addition to regular lattice structures, it can generate "irregular lattice structures." This allows for flexible control of energy absorption characteristics, which were previously direction-dependent.

It also includes correction functions such as polygon data cleaning and hole filling, providing comprehensive support from preprocessing to design. By adjusting cell size, wire diameter, and regular/irregular settings, diverse lattice designs are possible to suit various applications.

In the automotive and aerospace sectors, where weight reduction and impact absorption performance are crucial, combining this software with 3D printing enables the development of high-performance and complex products.
The name of Item[3] InforLoom
Details[3]

InforLoom is an information management system that enables centralized management and sharing of product-related information throughout the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, and maintenance.

It supports manufacturing DX (Digital Transformation) by providing an information platform that connects departments and companies through product data sharing, 3D CAD similarity search, progress visualization, history management, workflow management, standardization, and paperless operations.

Key Benefits:
・Quickly search for past similar products and know-how using 3D CAD similarity search
・Easily access related drawings and documents, reducing information search time
・Centrally manage design and manufacturing data with InforLoom, preventing miscommunication and rework through version control
・Enhance information sharing across departments to improve operational efficiency and product quality
The name of Item[4] AMmeister
Details[4]

AMmeister is a Japan-developed slicing software for 3D printing, designed to achieve both high build accuracy and reduced production time. It enables stable, high-quality fabrication by optimizing slicing conditions and automating complex preparation tasks.
Features such as automatic wall thickness adjustment and support structure generation significantly reduce manual effort, improving both efficiency and reproducibility in the build preparation process.
AMmeister supports multiple additive manufacturing methods, including stereolithography, and provides a high degree of customization to define optimal behavior for individual 3D printers.
In addition, we offer contract development services to deliver tailor-made slicing solutions. By developing software customized to proprietary machine architectures and specific requirements, AMmeister helps manufacturers enhance performance, differentiate their products, and accelerate innovation in additive manufacturing.
The name of Item[5] XDaevr SCRAP-FALLING
Details[5]

XDaevr SCRAP-FALLING is a simulation tool for analyzing the random falling behavior of scrap generated during press forming.

Since it is difficult to identify all possible scrap falling defects at the design stage, the tool uses design data to reproduce scrap movement and jamming inside dies in a virtual space. This helps visualize the causes of jamming and potential defect risks in advance.

It can import 3D models exported from CAD data, set material properties such as friction coefficient, restitution coefficient, and density for scrap, chutes, castings, and other parts, and adjust transparency and falling speed. As a result, users can check scrap falling behavior under conditions close to the actual production environment.

Locations where falling defects occur can be exported as defect report videos for internal reporting and technical sharing. By enabling realistic verification from the design stage, the tool helps improve quality, reduce rework, and lower prototyping costs.
