Details[1]	By adopting a modular design that separates the shank and the head, we significantly reduce tooling running costs. Only the head needs to be replaced when worn, allowing substantial cost savings compared to conventional solid tools. A single shank can be combined with flat, ball, and radius end mill heads, enabling flexible response to a wide variety of machining applications. Furthermore, concerns regarding the fitting accuracy between the shank and head have been addressed, achieving a precision of ±0.008 mm or less. This is made possible by our proprietary tri-line thread structure, which is patented and uniquely developed by our company. This ensures high positioning accuracy and stable machining quality, delivering performance comparable to solid tools. We propose a solution that combines cost efficiency, operational efficiency, and flexibility.
