The embedded sensor MEL1002 enables accurate high-temperature displacement measurement near mold cavities and is used in plastic molding to evaluate clamping force and flash. MEL1007 and BIC0308S07 are proven solutions for mold position control in compression and foam molding, as well as bottom dead center measurement in metal press dies. Measurement data is displayed in real time via the MPD200 converter and output as analog signals to the Muratec Molding Monitor. Powered by machine learning, the system enables integrated data collection, analysis, and shot-by-shot process monitoring, supporting defect prevention, process optimization, and quality control in mass production. |
