Advanced Inspection Tool Utilizing Point Cloud Data
spGauge is inspection software that utilizes point cloud data captured by 3D scanners and design data.
It is used in various stages of manufacturing, including production preparation, prototyping, and mass production.

Significantly Reduces Prototype Development and Production Preparation Time
By analyzing non-contact point cloud data and 3D CAD data, the software displays areas with deviations using a color map, allowing users to visually identify defects.
Furthermore, it calculates dimensions from the non-contact point cloud data, making it easy to identify areas that do not meet tolerance specifications.

Sakura3D SCAN is an app that uses devices equipped with LiDAR scanners—such as Apple’s iPad Pro and iPhone Pro series—to convert objects into 3D data.

Until now, capturing 3D data required the use of expensive 3D measurement devices. However, with the Sakura3D SCAN app, you can now acquire 3D data “on your own,” “effortlessly,” and “inexpensively” using affordable iPads and iPhones.
