Moreover, there is a growing need for wider forming areas to accommodate the additional forming stages required by increasingly complex shapes. AIDA developed the new MSP-4000-430 model (Capacity: 4000 kN) that fulfills the dual requirements of high product accuracy and a wide forming area.

BEX Series presses are dedicated high-rigidity, high-precision presses for forming separators that were designed specifically for the high-precision forming of thin plates.
The basic press design leverages the innovative features of AIDA's high-precision UL Series presses, including the 9-point support structure, high-rigidity ring frames, and zero-clearance slide gibs. Though BEX presses have a 1-point design for accommodating loads at the center of the press, they also provide a wide area to accommodate multi-stage forming.
