-We provide high-level quality control by building and operating CAD-based measurement plans using digital twins. -Equipped with a vertical wall measurement function, the side surface that serves as the datum for mold parts can be measured in a single measurement along with the end face that serves as the molding part, enabling high-precision measurement based on the datum standard for highly precisely machined mold parts. -Fully automatic measurement has been achieved for measuring rotating tools such as end mills. Automatic measurement and analysis are possible without the operator having to worry about the clamping position or posture of the tool. |
