For materials that are difficult to cut even with scissors, we achieved zero clearance by manufacturing the punch and die as an integrated structure. In addition, stable and repeatable processing was ensured through the use of high-precision guide posts and optimized die rigidity. Mass production is carried out on a fully automated production line within a cleanroom environment.
