The V300 vertical machining center delivers stable machining quality anytime, anywhere, and for anyone as a high-precision machine. Its design minimizes the influence of the working environment, ensuring high precision and surface quality for mold work. The machine features cooling for ball screws and motors, with slideway cooling on all X, Y, and Z axes to reduce heat generation and thermal displacement during long runs. The spindle uses core cooling and under-race lubrication to control heat and maintain accuracy. Enlarged chip discharge openings allow smooth removal of large volumes of chips. The single-piece rear Y-axis cover prevents chip entanglement and supports stable operation. With axis travels of 650 × 450 × 350 mm and a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, the V300 accommodates mold work and a wide range of other applications. It enables high-quality, efficient manufacturing through stable performance. |
