Long neck ball end mill specialized for machining on SUS420J2 (52HRC). With the new developed MPX coating and optimized cutting edge design, achieves more than twice the tool life compares to conventional products. Long tool life stabilizes machining accuracy and reduce the tool cost, labor required for tool replacement, resulting in total cost reduction.

A lens form end mill developed with the increasing machining efficiency compared to ball end mills!

In some cases, the pick feed can be set lager. Additionally, the 3-flute design increases the feed rate, resulting in improved machining efficiency.
