High-Performance Die-Casting Mold Steel: Dievar® Dievar® is a high-performance die-casting mold steel with excellent resistance to heat checking. It offers great hardenability, making it suitable for large components, as well as high-temperature strength and softening resistance. Additionally, it exhibits superior ductility and toughness, meeting NADCA (North American Die Casting Association) standard NADCA #207 Grade C (Type 2367 & Modified). Powder for 3D Printing: AM Dievar® AM Dievar® is a gas-atomized powder form of Dievar®, designed for additive manufacturing (3D printing). Its physical and mechanical properties match conventional Dievar®. AM Dievar® has an impact energy of 27 J in the Charpy test, showing higher toughness than maraging steel and SKD61. It also offers high-temperature properties, excellent toughness, ductility, and superior resistance to galling, making it ideal for advanced manufacturing. |
