It shortens time of your various works at scenes of hobby and industrial works. ● Feature ● ・S-High power mode： It's a mode for cutting hard materials. Please don't use this mode as regular. ・Power modes： 3 levels （Normal, High, S-High） ・Optional parts： It can buy hand piece （ZH802/ZH803） ・Time limit： Normal/10 min. High/5min. S-High/3min. ・T.A.F circuit： It makes works stable by controlling power automatically. ・“S-High mode” works to cut the object 1.5 times faster than the conventional model. ・ZO-95 attaches Torque screwdriver ZH25T and Foot switch ZH801 (foot switch for ZO-95). (Plug into the connector on the rear panel of ZO-95 to turn on and off ultrasonic vibration by the foot switch.) ・Handpiece for ZO-95 durability is improved from ZO-91 ver. by setting 5 screws. ・ZO-95 cannot be used with grinding stone bars. |

40,000 cycle per second (40 kHz) assists your smooth cut. Usage examples (reference) -Synthetic resin, Plastic, Epoxy putty, Paper/cardboard, Chemical fiber/cloth, polyester putty, Object made by 3D printer, Silicone etc. -Thickness: 3 mm maximum Features -Normal mode and High mode can be switched by the output mode switch. -Normal mode runs for about 10 minutes. -High mode runs for about only 5 minutes due to rapid temperature rise. -A temperature sensor is equipped inside of the hand-piece. (In case the temperature rises, it stops the ultrasonic vibration and oscillation light blinks.) -Automatic output control by TAF circuit, our unique technology. (TAF oscillation circuit enables the most suitable output and vibration for cutting.) -There are around 30 types of replacement blades. (Such as curving blade, flat blade, long blade, filing plate(electrodeposited diamond) etc.) |
