The long-awaited double-crank mechanism is now available in the lineup of this GORIKI Series. The double crank mechanism and 8-sided gib guide structure of the slide section are used in the highly rigid GORIKI to enhance the front-back and left-right eccentric load bearing characteristics, making this stamping press machine suitable for a wider range of processing needs, such as processing of automotive electrical components for EVs, which often have asymmetrical parts. |

The newly developed ECO & SILENT material releasing mechanism drastically reduces air consumption. In addition, the new CCS control system, which is being unveiled for the first time, supports the diversification and sophistication of products as well as shortening of working hours. The number of work rolls has been increased from seven to eight, resulting in approximately 30% improvement in flatness after straightening. Two pilot rolls instead of one on the previous model allow for easy fine adjustment of the material tip. The Straightener-Feeder has improved usability by adopting an open structure on the top and bottom sides of the straightener, which makes it easy to clean the rolls, which was a maintenance bottleneck in the past. |
