TP-STRUCT provides elasto-plastic and static-explicit analysis capabilities for two or three dimensional finite models, including effects of material nonlinearities, large deformations and contact conditions. ・Robust for Large Deformation The static-explicit method implemented in TP-STRUCT enables complex large deformation in short time without any convergence problems. ・Contact for Assembly The Bucket approach algorithm can search the contact area between the multiple elasto-plastic models in short time. ・Accurate Results The r-min method in conjunction with an efficient force cancelling algorithm can prevent large nonequilibrated forces arising from an explicit time integration and a sudden change in stiffness due to fracture. It provides you with the springback accuracy you need. ・Easy to Use TP-STRUCT provides the original user interface, which consists of the pre- and post-processor, to handle the multi process in the manufacturing. |
