Details[1] Zingchuan has full experience with double injection almost 40 years. The tooling was manufacturing and working by CNC-Yasda and EDM-Makino.If you have a request about mass production with injection process,we also have Sumitomo injection machine with two components.

There is a cooling circuit,which was manufacturing by Sodick 3D metal printer in the tooling. After that,we used YASDA with five axis and MAKINO EDM working for tooling appearance,texture and specification.Besides,we also can do some analyze as mold flow...etc in the DFM report for customer.
