Automatic measurement and correction processing are possible, and digital measurement supports all processes of product processing. By digitizing the measured values that require skill, it has evolved into a profile grinder that anyone can use. It is possible to reduce variations in processing quality among workers and ensure a stable product supply. The digital projector is equipped with a touch panel and a high-magnification loupe, and images can be enlarged / reduced / moved by operating like a smartphone. Images up to 400x can display fine shapes with sharp edges. The profile grinder eliminates the need for chart drawing and supports chartless operation without investing in drawing. By adding ATC / AWC by robot, multiple continuous machining from roughing to finishing is possible, realizing labor saving and high productivity. |

The new Digital AC Servo Press "SDEW-1613i3 GORIKI" is incredibly rigid and has a capacity of 1600 kN, a double-crank mechanism. The Slide is guided by 8-point gibbing. This allows for high-precision processing even with high eccentric loading from any direction left, right, front and rear. Furthermore, to support high productivity, we have combined the "ALFAS-03ARZ."
