Details[1]	CLIPIKA ACE is a mold cleaning machine that is able to remove stubborn dirt from the molds without any damages. The life span and shot number of molds can be extended by using CLIPIKA ACE and its original cleaning solution. In addition to the capability of “CPIII”, our new product “CPV” is equipped with the mechanisms for moving up and down the cleaning basket automatically and for flip-up anodes. Anyone can perform maintenance reducing their physical burdens. CLIPIKA ACE OPT is a mold cleaning machine for optical parts molding which is able to remove dirt without damaging Nickel layer by synergy of using its original cleaning solution.

Details[2]	Mold Temperature Control Pipe Cleaning Machine, “Water Reamer”, makes it possible to wash, dry, and anti-rust without anyone attending throughout the process. It does not require to disassemble the mold during maintenance. It cuts down mold defects and revives the shot cycles by washing the mold temperature control. This machine can also be used on molding machine. ・The automatic control function detects the diameter of the pipe and wash the pipe with its optimal pressure. ・The high pressure is three times more than the existing machine which creates high washing performances. ・This machine has high washing performance also because it flows the air with the cleaning solution which creates pulsatory motion. ・This machine records the flow rate, and it is possible to check the cleaning effect by number. ・The machine will stop automatically for safety purposes when flow rate is low. Details[3]	MOLHEI is a mold welding machine that is able to weld easily without generating ultraviolet light and fume. Since welding is accomplished by touching the electrode to the target area, there is no missing the target. No pinholes, sink marks, warping or twisting due to heat, for safe and secure welding even of the corners and edges of the mold. Employs a continuous electric welding system in the repair of precision molds for detailed welding at a 1/10 millimeter level. Reduces both the effort required to remake the mold and the time spent running to the welder.
