Type III is a new type of CLIPIKA ACE series which can run the machine with Eco mode (saves 40 % of electricity). Touch panel is installed to operate the machine. Support 3 languages (Japanese, Chinese, and English). CLIPIKA ACE OPT is a mold cleaning machine for optical parts molding which is able to remove dirt without damaging Nickel layer by synergy of using its original cleaning solution. |

It does not require to disassemble the mold during maintenance. It cuts down mold defects and revives the shot cycles by washing the mold cooling pipe. This machine can also be used on molding machine. This new type machine can be used for preventive maintenance. ・The automatic control function detects the diameter of the pipe and wash the pipe with its optimal pressure. ・The high pressure is three times more than the existing machine which creates high washing performances. ・This machine has high washing performance also because it flows the air with the cleaning solution which creates pulsatory motion. ・This machine records the flow rate, and it is possible to check the cleaning effect by number. ・The machine will stop automatically for safety purposes when flow rate is low. This machine will automatically take care of the post handling process (water rinse, anti-rust, and water drain) after washing the mold with Clipika Ace machine. As this machine can take care of more than one mold, it enables to reduce working hours and shortage of labor. |
