“SDE-iIII” series is Amada’s the third generation stamping press with an upgraded control system to meet an today’s ever changing IOT demand. What’s new? With the revised machine design with multiple functions added, the SDE series has now become a more “user-friendly” stamping press. Newly designed operation panel provides users with better visibility thanks to the 12.1 inch wide rotating screen. Set-up purpose screen also makes the operation much easier. Now that the auto slide adjust function becomes standard option, set-up time will be greatly saved. Besides, load monitor system achieves accurate quality control by the load wave check. |

Details[4] | A high-rigidity type "SDE Series GORIKI" newly added to the popular digital electric servo stamping press. A wide slide area that enables mounting of progressive-die for the multiple-step, structure of full-guided center gib, and the unique design adopting the structure of solid column frame enhances rigidity and restrains stretching of the frame when pressure is applied. Moreover, these models are compatible with high added-value forming such as plate-forged processing and high-tensile strength steel sheets, as well as ultra-fine high-precision processing by the improved eccentric-load resistance property. In addition, those machines are also network compatible and facilitate press machines to be incorporated into an IoT environment, which AMADA has been pioneering in this field, for monitoring the operating status and other tasks including the motion programming, load waveform analysis and tool management. |

The KR3 Series straighteners/feeders are constantly being improved in order to me etthed emands of processing works it es. Some of the many new cutting-edge advancements include the addition of 11 work rolls, which achieve high-precision leveling. Also, the introduction of an open structure with a leveler upper-and-lower sur face is great for maintenance purposes. Other significant improvements include a much simpler setup than before, a pass line height that is easier to adjust, and an adjustable feed roll pressure and release volume by air regulator. In terms of basic functions, the KR3 Series can now handle a maximum material width of 300/400 mm and a coil mass of 2,000/2,500 kg (03KR3/04KR3). These products are now abletodeli veranexceptionally high level of press productivity as the result of the irimpressive max imum release-follow speed of 120 SPM, and maximum line speed of 16 m/min. |
