The mold marshalling system is an injection molding measuring system that uses sensors and special-purpose amplifiers installed inside a mold to convert the behavior of the resin inside the mold (the mold itself previously regarded as something of a black box) into a signal or voltage.
The system outputs this signal or voltage in real time to a PC or measuring instruments.
This digitized data has a wide range of uses. It can be used to set optimal molding parameters, automatically screen for defective products, control quality, and evaluate molds.

As a lineup of the hot runner system which is a runnerless system, not only products such as open gate type and valve gate type but also "open compact runner" or "hot type hot runner" which reduces runners by dropping the gate to sub runner Sprub Bush "and other products that have been introduced at a lower price compared to conventional hot runners. Of course, regardless of "temperature controller" indispensable for hot runner, we will propose a wide lineup according to the number of control points.

We are promoting R & D aimed at commercializing CFRP as a plate material. Prior to commercialization, prototypes will be exhibited at this exhibition.
