Details[1] | A high-rigidity type "SDE Series GORIKI" newly added to the popular digital electric servo stamping press. A wide slide area that enables mounting of progressive-die for the multiple-step, structure of full-guided center gib, and the unique design adopting the structure of solid column frame enhances rigidity and restrains stretching of the frame when pressure is applied. Moreover, these models are compatible with high added-value forming such as plate-forged processing and high-tensile strength steel sheets, as well as ultra-fine high-precision processing by the improved eccentric-load resistance property. In addition, those machines are also network compatible and facilitate press machines to be incorporated into an IoT environment, which AMADA has been pioneering in this field, for monitoring the operating status and other tasks including the motion programming, load waveform analysis and tool management. |

Details[2] | HPSAW-310, a new concept band saw pursuing fastest cutting speed in the industry with integrated development of machine and blade. By adopting a new saw-head mechanism, a highly rigid frame, and a double-post guide that realizes superior blade cutting speed, it supports stable super high-speed cut-off. In addition, the newly developed carbide tipped blade greatly improves chipping and wear resistance. With these new AMADA original technologies, it realizes super-high cutting speed. In addition to shortening the cutting time, the adoption of servo feed realizes shortening of cycle time with high speed feeding and high precision positioning of feed material. Large lot size productivity is dramatically improved. Furthermore, this machine is installed Windows and it is planned to correspond to the V-factory that the AMADA group is working on. |

Details[3] | High-brightness LED specifications are added to the profile grinding machine "GLS series" having a history of over 70-years. Due to support delicate processing with this sharply projecting edge, it improves processing quality and accuracy and reduces running cost. With the theme of improved productivity, seamless grinding function as a new technology is installed, realizing high quality grinding surface of seamless and high efficiency machining. Moreover, it realizes compatibility between cylindrical grinding and indexing with a newly invented cylindrical indexer, greatly reducing the number of process. Furthermore, by adding the automatic programming system "WAPS WIN" to the NC device, it is possible to import external CAD data directly to the NC device and create a program on the machine. |

Details[4] | "DV-1" which continues to evolve for the past ten years since it first appeared as a pioneer in full-automated profile grinding processing, paying attention to the problems of the manufacturing site, which is a reduction in labor force and succession of processing skills. With automatic measurement and correction by CCD camera and ATC / AWC system, it realizes improvement of processing efficiency and stable quality. This time it installed a new rotated table and a new ATC system compatible with large-diameter wheel, we will propose new machining methods to expand the grinding application area to accept workpieces of large-diameter and length. In addition, we introduce a system that captures CAD data from the network and creates an NC program, same as GLS series. |
