| Details[1] | The main product of Haas Company which is excellent in cost performance and operability: It is a model of high speed specification of UMC - 750 series. Compared with the conventional UMC - 750, the maximum spindle speed has been increased from 8,100 min - 1 to 15,000 min - 1, and the indexing speed of the table is tripled compared with the conventional index. Equipped with functions and equipment (probe system, tool tip point control function, master ball gauge, etc.) required for 5 axis machining center as standard, it is possible to handle various machining without adding optional items. In addition, 30 horsepower vector drive system realizes high rigidity and high torque.

| Details[3] | Optimum cleaning process is performed using laser without touching the object at all. It is much higher quality and higher speed than conventional methods. When irradiating the surface of the object with a short pulse laser light source, the dirt film and the underlying oxide layer absorb energy, peel off from the surface as it evaporates or shrinks, and no residues remain. The surface (mainly metal) has very little energy absorption and is not damaged.
