| Details[1] | Alicona INFINITEFOCUS G5 is micro coordinate 3D optical measurement instrument whose unique features are high vertical resolution, high working distance, steep flank. Large working distance realize measurement of complex shape, height step 10mm or 20mm measurement such as current method occurs collision. Additionally, we can tilt the sample and measure it flexibly. Vertical resolution up to 10nm with 100x lens enable to measure roughness complied with ISO4287,4288, 25178. The measurable steep flank 85 degree enables to fully measure the sample which cannot measure it because of measurement principle. Radius part which is falling down can be captured as high-density 3D points data. Optional rotation unit can realize 360-degrees measurement for round sample. For instance, cutting tool measurement, measurement of clearance edge, rake angle of round tool which can be measured more multifield analyzing parameters In the sample of gear, waviness and roughness on a tooth surface can be measured.

| Details[2] | Alicona INFINITEFOCUS SL is the measurement instrument whose features are measurement of steep flank, high working distance, high vertical resolution and compact. This can measure steep flank up to 85 degrees. Therefore, sharp edged cone sample and the shape of the edge can be measured with non-contact method. Working distance is 34mm with 5x lens. This is very wide range of working distance. It contributes to the capability of measurement for the deeper or higher sample which can not be measured by current measurement methods. Best vertical resolution up to 20nm with 50x lens enable us to measure not only roughness measurement, but also fine defects, bump, radius, height step. Optional small rotation unit can measure small round tools, small cylindrical sample, micro gear with full 360-degree measurement. Additionally, optional micro gear measurement module gives us a possibility to measure parameters for micro gear 360 degree automatically.
