The name of Item[1] ATOS Capsule 3D Scanner
Details[1] The ATOS Capsule is an optical precision measuring machine (OPMM) for full-field digitizing of contoured part geometries. The fringe projection system of the ATOS series is used for production quality assurance of small to medium-sized parts and excels by its high precision for fine details. ATOS Capsule is utilized, for example, for first article inspection of gears, turbine blades and wheels as well as medical parts.

The name of Item[2] ATOS ScanBox 5120 Automated Measuring System
Details[2] ATOS ScanBox 5120 can easily be used to measure parts up to a size of 2000 mm. Therefore, this model is mainly used for measuring large parts such as car interior components. However, the ATOS ScanBox 5120 has also proven its efficiency in casting and forging applications such as the inspection of cast parts, sand cores and models.

The name of Item[3] ATOS Triple Scan 3D Scanner
Details[3] The ATOS Triple Scan uses a specially developed measuring and projection technology from GOM. Using this brand new technology the ATOS Triple Scan produces a high accuracy and improved measurement of shiny surface, complete data on complex components with deep pockets or fine edges such as turbine blades, reducing the number of individual scans and resulting in a simple handling.

Details[4] In view of the growing complexity of shapes and functions, the scanning, analysis and inspection tasks for small parts are fast gaining importance. Therefore, GOM has developed the ATOS Core which is optimized for the 3D measurement of small to medium-sized components such as ceramic cores, cast and plastic parts. The 3D scanner is used in development, quality assurance and production to reduce time and costs. Main applications are 3D inspection, reverse engineering and rapid manufacturing.

Details[5] ARAMIS is a non-contact and material-independent measuring system based on digital image correlation. It offers a stable solution for full-field and point-based analyses of test objects of just a few millimeters up to structural components of several meters in size.
The system performs high-precision measurements with a 3D measurement resolution in the sub-micrometer range, regardless of the specimen’s geometry and temperature. There is no need for a time-consuming and expensive preparation. For statically or dynamically loaded specimens and components, ARAMIS provides accurate
