SS is mainly specialized in designing and manufacturing various precision metal moulds and plastic molds as well as precision parts. We are aslo good at processing all kinds of tools、jigs 、parts of Automation equipment and shaped pieces. SS has certified ISO 9001:2008. With all staff’s effort and innovation, SS has been expanding its production scale, it was moved to Humen town of Dongguan City in 2009. There are more than 50% senior technical engineers of all employees of the company who are richly experienced in the design and manufacture of precision metal moulds and plastic molds as well as precision parts. We have imported a lot of advanced processing machineries and inspection equipments from Japan: AMADA Optical Projection Grinders, SODICK Low Wire-cutting machines, SODICK Mirror EDM machines, Surface precision Grinders, Milling machines and Lathes and so on, the precision can be within 0.002mm steadily. |
