Opposed dies shearing process without a burr We control burrs with opposed dies shearing process, penetrating both sides of a product part and shaping shear droops on them. We adopt the process also for controlling sheer droops of tooth tips of the gears we experimentally produced this time. ln the process two punch sets sre used, blanking out a metal strip after half-blanking both sides of it.
